FTA is open to students in grades 9-12 who are interested in pursuing Education as a career.  Club members participate in many activities, including a "Teacher" booth for Career Fair, peer tutoring, job shadowing, and assisting various teachers. The club is responsible for the celebration of American Education Week, which includes radio ads, Dress for Success Day, Treats for Teachers Day and culminates with a School Spirit Day featuring an intramural basketball game and bake sale. The group tours local college Education Departments in the Spring.
